Responsibilities:- Ensure all communal areas within the HMO sites are meticulously cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Prepare vacant rooms for new residents by thoroughly cleaning and organizing them.
- Collaborate with the Supported Housing Team to provide a supportive environment that fosters positive behaviors and interpersonal skills development among residents.
- Adhere to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance objectives, consistently delivering exceptional service quality.
This role requires a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential due to the nature of the work.
