Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Booking Project Manager to support our team in London. Reporting to the VP Booking and Commercial Partnerships, this role will focus on supporting the VP and director on all areas of the booking business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage venue diaries and calendars, serving as the primary point of contact for our venues.
- Lead outgoing booking efforts across all our venues, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Collect and analyze industry intelligence to stay ahead of the competition, utilizing trusted data sources.
- Oversee project management of the booking area, including supporting our arena and stadium clients.
- Travel and conduct field work as necessary to ensure successful execution of booking projects.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with over 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in live events booking and project management.
