City of Lincoln Council Services Team is seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to their team.

As a Gas Contracts Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of gas-related services within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of gas servicing, maintenance, and heating installations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Procure and oversee contracts for gas-related works, negotiating favorable terms and conditions with contractors.
  • Monitor the progress of gas/heating projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within a relevant field, coupled with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain constructive relationships with internal teams and external contractors.
  • A recognized qualification such as ASCP/Gas Safe or equivalent industry experience demonstrating your expertise in gas engineering.
