Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled rolling mill technician/operator to contribute to our ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate roll forming machinery, presses, and related equipment.
- Ensure production of parts at the required rate and address any challenges in meeting that rate.
- Take ownership of the quality of the manufactured parts.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Uphold high standards of safety in the work area.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance all aspects of the role.
- Adhere to Health & Safety protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
