The Role
As the Head of Commercial and Business Growth, you'll be an integral part of the senior management team. You'll report to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services and collaborate across our complex organisation to optimise revenue streams and achieve an ambitious growth plan.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sustainable business growth strategy to maximise income
• Lead on planning, developing, and executing commercial operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage relationships with third-party partners and suppliers
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform business decisions
• Prioritise multiple projects and agendas to achieve business objectives

Requirements
• Proven experience as a commercial leader, driving growth across multi-channel commercial operations
• Knowledge of digital platforms and infrastructures to capture market insight
• Proven experience of procurement and third-party relationship management
• Skill in effective prioritisation across multiple projects, agendas, partnerships, and timeframes
