Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our Out of Home (OOH) team at Nestlé Professional. As a key member of our Contract Catering team, you will be responsible for managing and developing defined categories within our key contract catering head office accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop defined categories within our key contract catering head office accounts to drive sales and distribution of the Nestlé portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Contract Catering Lead and wider team members to deliver required levels and new points of distribution across customer portfolios.
- Monitor and analyze customer performance, identifying trends to accurately forecast business performance.
- Develop and implement Category Plans aligned to overall customer strategies and customer needs, supported by ownership of contact strategy with key stakeholders by customer across portfolio to promote retention and growth.
- Own all aspects of day-to-day administration required to support customer ledger.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of sales in the FMCG/Foodservice Industry managing key national customers, including OOH.
- Established customer key account management skills focused on collaboratively driving Joint Business plans aligned at a top-to-top level between the customer and Nestlé Professional.
- The ability to analyze data, build insights, and develop plans to address new opportunities.
- Influencing and networking across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including senior level.
