About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Despatch Operative to join our team in Irlam, Manchester. As a key member of our Despatch Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all aspects of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and oversee the loading of vehicles
  • Accurately record loading information
  • Separate customer orders into specific routes
  • Load customer orders ready for dispatch
  • Load and dispatch third-party collections and deliveries
  • Work efficiently and within required targets
  • Complete daily reporting to the Despatch Manager and Supervisor
Requirements
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • A good level of physical fitness
