This role is crucial in ensuring that our outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards, providing a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilization.
- Manage landscape beds through weeding and mulching.
- Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees to promote healthy growth.
- Remove dead or damaged trees to maintain a safe and beautiful environment.
- Plant and nurture trees, flowers, and shrubs to enhance the landscape.
- Ensure proper irrigation of lawns and gardens.
- Monitor plant health and take necessary actions to maintain vitality.
- Keep pathways and walking areas clear of hazards to ensure guest safety.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Communicate maintenance issues and updates to the Maintenance Supervisor regularly.
- Participate in ongoing training to comply with Health and Safety regulations.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any significant defects in facilities or equipment that may impact operations.
- Execute all tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
