This role is crucial in ensuring that our outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards, providing a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilization.
  • Manage landscape beds through weeding and mulching.
  • Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees to promote healthy growth.
  • Remove dead or damaged trees to maintain a safe and beautiful environment.
  • Plant and nurture trees, flowers, and shrubs to enhance the landscape.
  • Ensure proper irrigation of lawns and gardens.
  • Monitor plant health and take necessary actions to maintain vitality.
  • Keep pathways and walking areas clear of hazards to ensure guest safety.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Communicate maintenance issues and updates to the Maintenance Supervisor regularly.
  • Participate in ongoing training to comply with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Report any significant defects in facilities or equipment that may impact operations.
  • Execute all tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
