About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Sevenoaks head office. Travel to our various asphalt plants will be an essential requirement of this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain IMS: Relating to safety, health, environment, and quality
  • Monitor SHEQ Policies: Draw any concerns to the attention of the Head of SHEQ
  • Site Safety Tours and Inspections: Regularly undertake site safety tours, inspections, engagement forums, and audits
  • Risk Assessments: Work with managers and staff to ensure risk assessments are prepared and reviewed as necessary
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a background in process manufacturing or engineering. Typical industries include aggregates, oil and gas, chemical, or cement. The ideal candidate will possess a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and IOSH membership.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioural-based safety and the ability to effectively translate ideas and strategies into actionable plans, ensuring their execution, measurement, and review.
