Internship Opportunities

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Alternatives Investment team as Interns. As an Alternatives Investment Intern, you will work alongside seasoned associates and Portfolio Managers, focusing on financial modeling and qualitative analysis to evaluate performance and alternative paths for under-performing positions.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor performance of our positions and seek to identify challenges and address them.
  • Conduct research and basic financial modeling to support investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support investment analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Provide support to Portfolio Managers and associates on investment analysis and due diligence.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026.
  • On track to achieve a minimum of 2:1 accredited university.
  • Business proficient in English.
  • Strong interest in the financial markets, macroeconomics, investment finance, and business operations.
  • Skills in conducting research and basic financial modeling.
  • Natural intuition to make good judgments, including a 'trust but verify' perspective when reviewing assumptions and conclusions.
  • Proactive in thinking about investments, including researching potential trends for opportunities and investment risks.
  • Good communicator with strong written and oral presentation abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity; a team player that is proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
