The Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Rapha Clubhouse. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting world-class coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to our customers
  • Sell and serve a variety of baked goods and food items
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a personalized experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
