Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management, support, advice, advocacy, and signposting to relevant services to help job seekers overcome employment barriers.
- Develop and maintain action plans with each job seeker to identify and address their unique challenges.
- Agree on a range of activities with job seekers to enable and inspire them to achieve sustained employment, including improving wellbeing, self-confidence, and level of independence.
Requirements:
- Experience in employment support or a related field.
