The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have been out of work for longer periods to overcome employment barriers and achieve sustained employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management, support, advice, advocacy, and signposting to relevant services to help job seekers overcome employment barriers.
  • Develop and maintain action plans with each job seeker to identify and address their unique challenges.
  • Agree on a range of activities with job seekers to enable and inspire them to achieve sustained employment, including improving wellbeing, self-confidence, and level of independence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in employment support or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
