Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant Lead Quantity Surveyor to oversee two key residential developments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume full commercial oversight of assigned projects, from the procurement of subcontractors to the final account settlement.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, including Cost Value Reports (CVRs).
  • Maintain rigorous standards in account management, customer engagement, cost control, and risk management.

Candidate Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A proven track record in a senior quantity surveying capacity.
  • Extensive experience in residential construction with reputable developers or contractors.
  • A solid understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
  • A minimum of an HNC qualification in Construction or a related discipline.

Compensation:
The company offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes holiday entitlement, pension scheme, healthcare options, and a vehicle allowance or company car, plus performance-related bonuses.
