About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of residential development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake cost analysis comparisons for subcontractors from tender enquiry to analysis and contract placement.
  • Identify risk, cost control, and value management opportunities.
  • Prepare valuations, measurements, and final accounts, including CVRs.
  • Predict profitability and ensure schemes come within budget.
Requirements
  • A background in housing development is essential.
  • Experience in running residential projects is required.
  • A degree or HNC in a relevant field, such as Construction or Quantity Surveying, is ideal.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • Fully IT literate and able to work effectively in a team environment.
