At Skyborne Airline Academy, we're seeking a skilled and talented Flight Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight and simulator instruction to our trainees in compliance with our training and safety standards, and in line with the applicable Aviation Authority regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting training in accordance with the approved ATO training manual and in compliance with the Academy published schedule/programme
  • Delivering appropriate briefings and debriefings to trainees
  • Complying with all rules and procedures detailed in the ATO Operations Manual
  • Upholding flight safety in every aspect of training

Requirements:

  • SEP (Land)
  • Night
  • CPL
  • Instrument
  • MEP (Land)
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
  • Unrestricted UK CAA Class 1 Medical

We offer a competitive benefits package, including:

  • £57,750 per annum salary, based on 600 hours productivity target
  • £10,000 annual bonus for achieving 650 hours (paid at an hourly rate) for all hours after 600 hours.
