Post Completions Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Post Completions Assistant to join our team at a leading Central London law firm. As a Post Completions Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the firm's conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth finalization of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the registration of property transactions with the Land Registry.
  • Prepare and submit SDLT returns.
  • Ensure compliance with all post-completion procedures and deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve any post-completion issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all post-completion matters.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Post Completions role within a legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process, particularly post-completion procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
