As a Graduate Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing high-quality support services to young people. You will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to identify the needs of students with special educational needs (SEN) and provide them with tailored support to help them succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology to gain valuable practical experience working with vulnerable young people. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as crisis intervention, support planning, and advocacy.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN
* Working with teachers and specialist staff to develop support plans
* Identifying and addressing the needs of students with complex needs
* Building positive relationships with students and their families

**Requirements:**

* No previous experience is required
* GCSE in English and Maths
* Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology degree (or equivalent)
