Neurology Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Neurology and Neurophysiology to join our team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a dual-accredited neurologist and neurophysiologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical neurophysiology services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive clinical neurophysiology services, including electroencephalography, video telemetry, electromyography, evoked response testing, and intraoperative monitoring.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical neurophysiology services, including the development of new procedures and protocols.
- Participate in teaching and training of undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, as well as junior doctors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects and studies in clinical neurophysiology.
- MB BS or equivalent qualification.
- MRCP or equivalent qualification/demonstration of equivalent experience.
- Eligible for full registration with the GMC at time of appointment and hold a current licence to practice.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Is up to date and fit to practise safely.
