Job Title: Business Transformation Advisor

Job Location: United Kingdom (Flexible Remote) with occasional travel within the UK and Internationally

Our consultants are proactive, possess exceptional engagement skills, and are driven by a desire to solve problems and create optimal solutions for our clients.

If you have experience as a Business Transformation Advisor on digital transformation initiatives or have prior industry exposure in functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, internal Continuous Improvement, or Change Management Projects, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Required Skills

At least 5 years of experience in a management role within an industry, preferably focusing on business transformation, technology implementation, or IT programs, such as ERP or e-Commerce platform deployment. Proven experience in managing business change projects, employing an agile, value-driven approach. Experience in strategic planning at either an organizational or functional level. Strong project and program management expertise, particularly in digital technology implementations. Excellent, adaptable communication skills with the ability to tailor and deliver presentations across all organizational levels to ensure engagement and commitment from all stakeholders, including senior executives, functional experts, and analysts. A quick learner, utilizing a blend of formal, informal, and 'on-the-job' methods to stay ahead of the digital transformation learning curve. A passion for challenges and the ability to self-organize and self-manage, demonstrating pragmatism and the capacity to work independently when necessary. As a trusted partner, you will possess strong collaboration and engagement skills, fostering inclusive and cooperative relationships with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds, cultures, or locations. The ability to exhibit strategic vision that champions innovation and change, while also being capable of analyzing and working with detailed processes. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness, with the ability to engage with clients on current initiatives and contribute to future business development projects that drive Birchman's success. A solid academic foundation, with an MBA preferred. Willingness to travel freely, both within the UK and internationally.
