As a Clinical Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, research-based clinical training and education packages that meet the diverse care needs of our students. Your goal will be to develop quality health care plans and risk assessments for students with a range of clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
* Maintain a strong focus on quality and safe practice.
* Provide specialist training and supervision to ensure the adoption of current best practices.
* Plan and organise care for young adults aged 16-25 with a range of learning disabilities, including day students, residential students, and those requiring respite care.
* This role requires flexible working with a requirement to work a minimum of 1 late shift per week and 1 weekend per half term.

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse with a broad range of clinical experience and an active NMC PIN.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
* Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
