Facilities Maintenance Associate

The Cleaning Services Specialist cleans and maintains assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular checks of equipment and report any deficiencies or malfunctions.
- Verify that all equipment is safe and functioning properly.
- Assist in linen systems and inventory management.
- Perform extra cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Use site washing machines for internal laundry where applicable.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy.
- Report any hazards or potential risks to Management.
- Maintain high standards of component hygiene.
- Respond to customer comments or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure personal hygiene and attire meet company standards.
- Participate in company training to enhance performance and skills.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Carry out reasonable instructions from Aramark Management.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Courteous and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility in scheduling and duties.
