Your Role
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Wealth Advisor with daily administrative tasks; Assist in preparing client meeting materials; Help coordinate the financial planning process by gathering necessary information; Respond promptly to daily client inquiries; Manage the account opening process for both new and existing clients; Ensure the integrity of client data and perform system updates; Prepare and schedule client packages, materials, and meetings; Undertake additional financial planning duties, including tracking RRSP, RESP, and TFSA accounts, conducting research, preparing report packages, and other assigned tasks;Defining Success in Your Role

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the wealth or financial planning sector is preferred (in banking, insurance, or investment-related environments) A Degree or Diploma in a relevant field Progress toward or completion of your CFP designation is advantageous You exhibit a curious mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement You demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required You can work independently with minimal supervision Exceptional attention to detail is essential Strong organizational and administrative skills are necessaryCompensation Range: $49,000 - $75,000 per annum
