Job Title: Lead Performance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Performance Engineer to join our team at the Recruitment Bunker. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of vehicle quality standards, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement vehicle quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Lead the Vehicle Audit team in creating and reviewing craftsmanship, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve vehicle quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within inspection and auditing, optimizing efficiency and increasing defect detection.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, implementing best practices in vehicle quality techniques and management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an auditing role, with a strong background in vehicle quality assurance within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of inspection and auditing processes, with experience in creating and implementing databases and systems for capturing, recording, and analyzing data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
