Join Simple Company, a rapidly growing e-commerce business, as an Email Retention Specialist. This role is a key part of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing effective retention strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement across our D2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to improve customer engagement and retention rates.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and create data-driven flows and segments to promote growth.
  • Deliver high-end email marketing and personalised campaigns that resonate with our various customer segments.
  • Own reactivation, loyalty, and subscription schemes to ensure customer retention and profitability targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate retention efforts into overall marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluent understanding of the Klaviyo email marketing platform, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding and experience in reactivation, loyalty, and subscription schemes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
