Job Title: Product Supply Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Supply Administrator to join our team at Randstad Sourceright. As a Product Supply Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative duties and processes to enable excellent delivery and customer service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end delivery of all product orders, including picking and allocation of stock, creation of delivery notes, material transfers, courier bookings, and consignment tracking.
  • Customer/stakeholder contact point for deliveries for UK and international product orders.
  • Creation and maintenance of order/project delivery schedules.
  • Creation of export documentation and raising clearance instructions to shipping agents.
  • Maintenance of the export database and provision of accurate data during ECC audits.
  • End-to-end order processing, including acknowledgment of customer orders, validation and authorization of variation requests, and resolution of identified issues.
  • Raising requests to purchase, placing orders as directed, and monitoring progress with internal and external suppliers.
  • Providing delivery updates to assure the integrity of the business financial forecast.
  • Submission of invoicing requests in accordance with defined commercial contracts.
  • Assistance in the preparation of customer quotations for ad-hoc product orders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a customer-facing position within a supply/manufacturing environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve objectives within challenging deadlines.
  • Logical and practical approach.
  • Experience of database maintenance and reporting.
  • SAP or material resourcing planning application experience preferred.
  • Very good working skills of MS Excel.
