We are seeking a skilled Valeter to join our team at Europcar. As a Valeter, you will be responsible for preparing company vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are clean and tidy at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare company vehicles for rental, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Valet vehicles in all weather conditions, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Support the driving team with delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Identify any fleet maintenance issues and report them to the relevant team members.
  • Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with Europcar.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A full, valid clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years' driving experience.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
  • Reliable, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the business and provide exceptional customer service.
