We are seeking a skilled Valeter to join our team at Europcar. As a Valeter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles are presented to the highest standards, providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare company vehicles to a high standard, paying attention to every detail.
  • Valet vehicles in all weather conditions, ensuring they are clean and tidy.
  • Support the driving team with delivery and collection of vehicles, providing a seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized preparation area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Identify and report any fleet maintenance issues, ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition.
  • Deliver world-class customer service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • A full, valid clean driving license, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
  • Reliable, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Good team player, with a willingness to adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a keen eye for detail.
