Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support to a student with autism, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Assist the class teacher with general classroom duties, including lesson planning and preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community and respect among students and staff.

About the School:

Our school is a one-form entry school with a nursery, serving a diverse community of 290 pupils. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing a high-quality education and supporting the needs of all students.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a primary school setting.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs or autism is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
