As the Associate Director of Governance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our commitment to quality, safety, and compliance. You will provide expert counsel to senior management on all aspects of governance, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements set by bodies such as NHS England & Improvement and the Care Quality Commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust monitoring processes across all levels of the Trust, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and risk mitigation.
