- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Flexibility: Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and with various age groups are necessary.
- Safeguarding: A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
- DBS Check: Possess an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to have one processed immediately.
