Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and Develop Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide Clinical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and promote a culture of excellence.
- Manage Medication and Treatment: Oversee the administration of medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and Evaluate Patient Progress: Regularly assess and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Qualifications: Current active NMC Pin and relevant nursing qualifications.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Skills: Excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: £17.30 per hour, with the potential for annual salary increases.
