About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mammographer to join our team at Bupa's Reading Health Centre. As a Mammographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality breast imaging examinations, working independently, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be expected to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a strong focus on streamlining the patient pathway through the imaging department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise the daily work programme to ensure efficient department operations
- Work flexible hours to accommodate changing workload patterns
- Perform high-quality examinations according to departmental policies and procedures
- Ensure high standards of patient care and accurate analysis of acquired data
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and report faults immediately
Requirements:
- BSc or DCR in Radiography and Post Graduate Certificate in Mammography
- Flexible and adaptive working attitude
- Strong focus on streamlining patient pathways
