We are seeking an experienced Engineering Quality Manager to join our UK&I Digital and Integrated Systems Product Line. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to ensure that all engineering deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
- Proven experience in quality management in the railway industry, with a focus on signalling and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and CENELEC standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
