Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the support and advancement of systems engineering initiatives within Audio Visual Communication.
- Ensure all engineering administrative tasks related to Audio Visual Communication are executed accurately and in a timely manner, including Bill of Materials (BoM) Maturity, Risk Management, and Requirements Management.
- Oversee both hard and soft document control processes on behalf of the Audio Visual Communication team.
- Effectively coordinate technical information and specifications to maintain a comprehensive documentation suite.
- Provide engineering assistance to the Technical Team, from initial inquiries through the processing of Audio Visual Communication Query Forms, Information Forms, and Build Queries.
- Manage Audio Visual Communication Issues and Actions to ensure prompt resolution and closure through appropriate engineering channels.
- Report on critical metrics such as Part Maturity and Design Maturity to mitigate any obstacles posed by routine engineering administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated foundational knowledge of engineering principles in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
- Experience in administrative roles is essential.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong technical report writing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective information gathering and seamless collaboration.
- Adept at overcoming challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Teamcenter, DOORS, or SAP.
- A qualification in a STEM or Engineering discipline.
