About the Role

CPI Selection is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Artworker to join our team. As a Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for creating new artwork and amending existing artwork across a range of printed and digital marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Artwork Creation: Create new artwork and amend existing artwork for a global audience and partner network.
  • Quality Control: Conduct meticulous quality checks on artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Image Editing and Retouching: Perform image editing and retouching tasks to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Text Changes and Amendments: Make text changes and amendments to existing material to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Brand Guidelines: Maintain brand guidelines across all channels to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • File Management: Organise and maintain a structured and accessible file system to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assisting in Promotional Materials: Assist in the creation of promotional materials and merchandise to support business objectives.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Handle other ad-hoc duties within the creative team to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role within a Studio / Production environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Graphics Production Techniques: Good understanding and experience of graphics production techniques, including image manipulation, editing, and compositing.
  • Print Production Processes: Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
  • Digital Knowledge: Digital knowledge is an advantage.
  • After Effects: Experience with After Effects would be beneficial.
