The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is in search of dedicated professionals to enhance the care and wellbeing of women and infants utilizing our maternity services.
We invite enthusiastic individuals to join our Community Maternity team, collaborating closely with our established Midwifery and interdisciplinary teams. The successful candidates will provide safe and effective support to our service users, thereby contributing to our goal of being the most secure Maternity Unit in the region.
Key Responsibilities
The selected individuals will serve as effective representatives of the Maternity Service, demonstrating credibility and expertise while possessing the confidence and interpersonal skills necessary to engage with clinical, managerial, and staff members at all levels within maternity services and the broader organization.
You will play a vital role in facilitating improvements within Maternity Services, ensuring adherence to relevant national and local safety standards. Ideal candidates will exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills, enabling them to navigate the diverse demands of the role. Your work schedule will be dynamic, requiring a natural responsiveness to shifting priorities and workloads, along with efficient time management.
