Role Overview
As a key member of our team, reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. Your duties will include overseeing the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and storage facilities, ensuring that every corner reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all areas, including guest rooms and corridors, meet the hotel’s stringent cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Train and guide Room Attendants and House Porters to uphold our quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a housekeeping role within a luxury setting. Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ certifications, are advantageous, but your dedication and passion for the hospitality industry will be the defining factors that set you apart.
