Job Title: Culture and Colleague Engagement Manager

Job Type: Fixed-term contract/secondment covering maternity leave until April 2025

Location: London, Farringdon EC1N 8JS or Nottingham, Beeston NG9 1LA (hybrid working arrangement)

We are seeking an exceptional individual to cover a fixed-term contract/secondment for our Culture and Colleague Engagement Manager's post. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and embedding an inclusive customer and colleague-focused culture that aligns with our values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement culture change projects to improve colleague engagement
  • Analyse and interpret data to provide solutions and drive improvement
  • Support senior leaders in the design and implementation of culture development, colleague engagement, well-being, and colleague recognition initiatives
  • Travel to various offices frequently to collaborate with teams
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement and cultural change
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing culture change projects
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Effective project management skills
