About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Partner Designate to join our team in Solihull. As a key member of our audit function, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants and working closely with Partners to manage the audit process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of accountants and oversee the planning and completion of audit engagements for a significant client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients receive the benefit of all business services.
  • Provide training and development for colleagues and team members.
  • Represent the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Use a commercial mindset to strategically drive the audit offering and promote the audit capabilities with other team members.

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with demonstrable experience leading an Audit team.
