About the Role

As a Product Development Specialist, you will join our Global Business Development Team within our Research and Development function. You will drive product and technology development in key projects, improving existing designs and resolving manufacturing or quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product development streams in various projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and internal manufacturing and quality performance targets
  • Plan, organize, and execute product line trials with development and production teams
  • Participate in product trials at customer facilities
  • Manage projects end-to-end in close collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain functions

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong scientific and technical background. You should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in R&D or Supply Chain
  • Examples of successfully managed innovation projects (product launches)
  • Scientific principle and practice: Proficient
