Clinical Pharmacy Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead our clinical pharmacy services, ensuring seamless operations and effective policy implementation to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Lead service initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based prescribing guidelines
  • Provide expert clinical advice to healthcare teams
  • Monitor and optimize drug expenditure to promote cost-effective prescribing practices

Education and Training

We are looking for a dedicated Education and Training Pharmacist to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of medical students, fostering strong relationships with the Medical Education Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to medical students
  • Support teaching activities and ensure alignment with educational objectives
  • Collaborate with the Medical Education Team to enhance education and training

Research and Development

We are seeking a Research and Development Pharmacist to lead and participate in research projects within the Pharmacy department, aiming to enhance service quality and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in research projects
  • Manage and mentor staff engaged in research or audit activities
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based prescribing guidelines

Management and Leadership

We are looking for a strong leader to provide effective management and development of clinical pharmacy staff, overseeing recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

  • Provide strong leadership and management of clinical pharmacy staff
