Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Research Impact Officer to join our team. As a Research Impact Officer, you will play a key role in managing the impact assessments of schemes and programmes within our client's training and fellowship portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and evaluation into programmes to understand their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Produce case studies and reports to communicate the impact of our client's investment in research capacity development.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the long-term effectiveness of our client's funding and support.
  • Liaise with colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally, to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in research management and/or administration.
  • Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data analysis in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of people from diverse backgrounds.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £30,000-£36,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with up to 80% of work done from home and the remaining 20% on-site in West Yorkshire.
  • A minimum of 27 days annual holiday allowance, plus 8 additional Bank Holiday days, with further increases based on length of service.
