Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Compensation Strategy Lead to spearhead essential initiatives and strategies. This position will report directly to the Compensation Director and will play a pivotal role within the broader Human Resources framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance the agenda for pay equity and transparency.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Compensation on all necessary preparations for the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
  • Conduct strategic alignment of compensation, including reviews of legacy business divisions' remuneration structures.
  • Maintain market awareness to facilitate compensation benchmarking as needed.
  • Assist in the formulation of Long and Short Term Incentive objectives.
  • Oversee the computation of executive incentive payouts (STIP and LTIP).
  • Manage the incentive program, including the calculation and distribution of employee incentives.
  • Provide insights into incentive plan designs and conduct scenario modeling as required.
  • Lead the review of benefits strategy.
