Job Title: Compensation Senior Analyst

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking an experienced Compensation Senior Analyst to support our HR applications within the business. This role will work closely with IT and HR colleagues, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to ensure data integrity and system security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support HR-related applications and software.
  • Collaborate with HR to define internal processes and implement best practices.
  • Support the selection and implementation of HR tools based on identified needs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain system security.
  • Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for HR systems.
Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree with relevant background.
  • Understanding of HR data, processes, and tools.
  • Experience with systems configuration, logic, and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
