  • Integrity: Upholding honesty and strong moral values.
  • Caring: Demonstrating kindness and concern for others.

About LinkLiving: We are a Scottish charity focused on health and wellbeing, assisting individuals in managing or overcoming adverse life experiences such as trauma, mental health issues, poverty, and inequality. Our goal is to empower individuals to build on their strengths and aspirations to lead fulfilling lives. Our support services include:

  • Self-help coaching
  • Supported accommodation
  • Home care services

Key Responsibilities: The primary function of this role is to provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of support workers. You will ensure that service objectives are met, coordination of individual support is maintained, and compliance with relevant policies and procedures is upheld. As the first line manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet both internal and external standards.
