Job Description

Vickerstock is partnering with a leading, multi-site organisation to recruit a HR Advisor to join their highly-performing HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of people management, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Work alongside the HR team to devise and execute HR strategies, projects, and policies.
  • Devise, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislative changes.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and delivery of company HR projects.
  • Provide specialist support and advice to management on all employee relations cases.
  • Support the HR team in creating, delivering, and revising existing learning and development support provided to all employees.
  • Engage with the HR team in devising and rolling out company engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Assist with the implementation of new HR systems to aid the company in identifying and monitoring opportunities for career growth and employee performance levels.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years HR Generalist experience at Advisor level.
  • Full Driving Licence.
