Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Aghalee, Co Armagh

Hours: Full Time (40 hpw)

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive HR administrative support to the Registered Manager and assist them with all aspects of HR functions in our Nursing Home in Aghalee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR administrative support to the Registered Manager and other members of the management team
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Process employee data, including personnel files, absence records, and performance management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Provide support with employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous HR administration experience is essential
  • Experience with the Health and Social Care employment sector is highly desirable
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of NI/UK employment procedures and practices
  • Proficient with Office365 business apps and SharePoint environment
  • Have a team attitude with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
