About the Role

This is a brand-new Specification Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of renewable technologies. You will run the specification sales process into new build housing and social housing from cradle to grave. Specifying through national housebuilders on a regional level, regional house builders, developers, self-build construction providers and social housing through local authorities and housing associations. You will offer an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient and low carbon renewable heating systems such as air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps and electric boilers.

About the Company

Jamieson Clark is a global manufacturer of renewable technologies including air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps and electric boilers. This extensive renewable product portfolio are premium high quality, providing the latest in energy efficiencies and industry regulatory requirements. This is a company that has established national framework agreements with the largest national housebuilders, local authorities and housing associations. All their products are designed to meet government and industry carbon efficiency regulations to benefit from green incentives but also to give the house owner the most efficient, low carbon and low running cost heating systems for their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run the specification sales process into new build housing and social housing from cradle to grave.
  • Specify through national housebuilders on a regional level, regional house builders, developers, self-build construction providers and social housing through local authorities and housing associations.
  • Offer an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient and low carbon renewable heating systems.
  • Meet government and industry carbon efficiency regulations to benefit from green incentives.
Requirements
  • A successful sales record ideally selling a specified product into new build housing or social housing, through a specification process with regional offices of national housebuilders, regional house builders, developers, self-build construction providers, local authorities and housing associations.
  • Experience within the heating, renewables or domestic plumbing industry e.g. solar thermal, heat pumps, boilers, unvented hot water cylinders, underfloor heating, heating controls or radiators.
