Job Title: Renewable Energy Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Sales Manager to join our team at Jamieson Clark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through the specification of our renewable energy products into new build housing and social housing projects.

About the Role

This is a brand-new Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for running the specification sales process from cradle to grave, working closely with consultants, national housebuilders, regional housebuilders, developers, self-build construction providers, and local authorities and housing associations.

You will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy market and be able to offer an industry-leading product portfolio of the latest energy-efficient and low-carbon renewable technologies, including air source heat pumps, SMART Home Controls, Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, EV Charging Points, and Underfloor Heating.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and revenue through the specification of renewable energy products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, national housebuilders, regional housebuilders, developers, self-build construction providers, and local authorities and housing associations
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on renewable energy products and solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A successful sales record, ideally selling specified products through consultants into new build housing or social housing
  • Experience working in the renewable energy sector or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy market and industry regulations
