Sales Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Media Steps Consulting Limited. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of clients, ensuring they make the most of our exhibition and digital solutions to maximize spending and ensure a seamless experience.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of 75 clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Utilize a CRM system such as Salesforce to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
  • Travel internationally to attend competitor events and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, with a track record of success in growing and retaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in using a CRM system such as Salesforce, with experience in managing client relationships and tracking sales performance.
  • Happy to travel internationally, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
